Aditya Naik Productions provides photography and videography services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Booking and Payment
– Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
– Payment: Full payment is due as specified in your contract. We accept CASH/UPI/NEFT etc.
– Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
– Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with Aditya Naik Productions and provide any necessary information or access required to perform the services.
– Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or releases for the locations or subjects being photographed or filmed.
4. Image and Video Rights
– Ownership: You retain ownership of the images and videos we capture for you.
– Usage Rights: By using our services, you grant Aditya Naik Productions the right to use the images and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
– Model Releases: If applicable, you will be required to sign model releases for individuals featured in the images or videos.
5. Intellectual Property
– Website Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aditya Naik Productions and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
– Client Content: You retain all rights to the content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify it as necessary to perform our services.

Aditya Naik Productions Logo Use
An Aditya Naik Productions logo is a design or image that identifies our brand and services. Typically used in various media, our logo represents our brand’s identity and is an important part of our marketing and communication efforts. Aditya Naik Productions does not allow the use of its logos by third parties in their products or related materials of any kind, except through a formal agreement with us. You may qualify to use one or more of our logos under a partnership program. Please refer to your partner agreement.

Aditya Naik Productions Photo Watermark
The Aditya Naik Productions photo watermark is used to indicate that a photograph was created by our team. By downloading or using our photos with the watermark, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
– You will display the Aditya Naik Productions photo watermark only on your website and not in any other manner.
– The Aditya Naik Productions photo watermark must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing or (500px X 500px the height & width of the watermark) between each side of the watermark and any other graphic or textual elements on your web page.
– You may not alter the Aditya Naik Productions photo watermark in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, and so forth, or animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.
– Your use may not be obscene or pornographic and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Aditya Naik Productions, any of its works, or any other person or entity.
– Your use may not directly or indirectly imply Aditya Naik Productions’ sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
– Your use may not infringe any Aditya Naik Productions intellectual property or other rights, may not violate any state or federal laws, and must comply with international IP laws.
– You agree that you will not file a trademark application anywhere that is identical to, contains, or is confusingly similar to an Aditya Naik Productions trademark.
– You may not present false or misleading information about Aditya Naik Productions or its services.
– Your reference to Aditya Naik Productions, its works, and its website must comply with the general trademark guidelines.
– These guidelines do not give you permission to use any other Aditya Naik Productions logos, icons, or trademarks. Aditya Naik Productions reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Aditya Naik Productions photo watermark at any time.
Aditya Naik Productions Video Branding
Aditya Naik Productions video branding elements are used to indicate that a video was produced by our team. By downloading or using our videos with branding elements, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
– You will display the Aditya Naik Productions video branding elements only on your website and not in any other manner.
